William P. Stack

Research and Professional Interests

Mr. Stack is the Deputy Director of Programs at the Center for Watershed Protection.

Mr. Stack has a BS and MS degree in Biology and is a registered professional engineer. He has worked in the environmental field for 33 years. Thirty of those years have been with the Baltimore City Department of Public Works where he was responsible for managing surface water programs. He recently left the City to take a job with the Center for Watershed Protection as Deputy Director of Programs.
