Changes in our current system of food production could drastically reduce both energy consumption and the negative environmental impacts of agriculture. Julia Cole is interested in ways to conserve resources and enhance sustainability with regards to energy use and agriculture and also the way in which these major forms of consumption affect environmental water quality.
