Michael M. McCarthy

Research and Professional Interests

Michael M. McCarthy, a doctoral candidate in political science at Johns Hopkins University, was a visiting scholar at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, and Fulbright and Inter-American Foundation Fellow in Caracas from August, 2008 to December, 2009. Previously, he earned a BA in history and political science from Bates College and worked as a research associate at the Council on Foreign Relations.
